Dr Dave McMillan is a specialist in sales and distribution strategy with over 15 years consulting experience in the financial services industry. Dave works with Boards of Directors, Chief Executives, and Senior Managers to achieve sustained competitive advantage through practical, differentiated sales and distribution strategies. Dave is a world expert in distribution loyalty. His PhD research broke new ground in understanding how loyalty can be managed in a business to business environment. He is currently writing a book on the subject of business to business loyalty.
 
Dr Dave McMillan specialises in the development of sales and distribution strategies for financial service firms.  His direct experience in the industry spans a multitude of roles including:  Personal Advisor, Sales Manager, Business Coach, and General Manager of Strategy and Research for the largest life insurance company in New Zealand.
 
Dave has a number of varied passions which include: oil painting, sculpture, writing and performing original music, (Dave is in the process of recording his second CD at the moment), and lawn mowing (he has four acres of lawn to tend at home).  Dave keeps fit with the help of his personal trainer and is now a regular competitor in the Kaimai Classic which he completed in 2007 and 2008.
