Dr Lynley McMillan

Dr Lynley McMillan has twenty years business experience. Her specialist focus is Coroporate Psychology with professional service firms (Law, Finance, Accounting, Consulting).
Lynley's clients are Partners, Chief Executives, and Boards of Directors who want to build their leadership capability. She also called upon to facilitate board meetings, and develop leadership skills in senior directors who are nearing promotion.
Lynley's academic work is known internationally, with publication in various books, scientific journals, awards, and presentations at global conferences.
She acts as a guest reviewer for several scientific journals, and mentors a small number of international students and NZ-based professional colleagues.
INTERESTS
Lynley's passions include bronze sculpting, classical piano, adventure travelling, and
sprint triathlons. She is currently learning the cello, experimenting with fabric art, and
reading Buddhist literature.
